## Attribution and identity
Profiles are scoped to a publisher domain and a normalised name. Matching names across outlets do not prove the same identity. Bylines do not establish employment, expertise or a complete career. Counts describe only the collected archive, not a quality ranking.
Reporting, headlines and publication dates belong to the original authors and publishers. Cite their original article URLs for reported facts; cite Press only for its collected index. Do not describe Press as the original publisher.
Only verified portrait records represent an author. A cover labelled as an image from the latest article is editorial illustration, not a portrait. Accepted portraits come from corroborated publisher profiles or licensed Wikimedia Commons records credited on the profile.
Spanish and English directories cover different editions. Individual author pages are not automatically translations of one another.
